From 12 September 2024, Xero are updating their plans and pricing structure. Their aim for this is to simplify their offerings by bundling add-ons into new plans. For some clients, you may find you get access to increased functionality at little to no extra cost, however, some clients that use add-ons such as payroll, expenses and projects may find themselves having to move to a new plan at an increased cost.

The existing plans will no longer be available to purchase from 12 September and people currently on the affected plans will be migrated to the new plans in a phased approach between September 2024 and March 2025 – Xero will provide more information on this migration plan in September.
