PKF Withers Tsang is pleased to welcome Asheel Bharos to the firm as a Partner, strengthening our offering to multinational and corporate clients.
Asheel brings extensive experience advising multinational companies, large corporates and privately owned businesses, with particular expertise in complex tax arrangements and commercially focused advisory. His career has included senior roles with PWC, BDO and Baker Tilly, as well as running his own accounting and advisory firm.
Having owned and operated a business himself, Asheel understands the realities of being a business owner – from making strategic decisions and managing risk to navigating growth, people and the day-to-day pressures that come with running a business. This first-hand experience complements his technical expertise and enables him to approach client challenges from both an adviser’s and business owner’s perspective.
At PKF Withers Tsang, Asheel will work across our advisory and complex teams, helping to further develop our capability in complex transactions, strategic business advice, IFRS and corporate advisory. His experience working with businesses of different sizes and across international markets will also strengthen the breadth of advice we can provide to clients as their needs evolve.
Asheel is a member of the Institute of Directors New Zealand and is passionate about helping businesses and their owners make informed decisions, manage complexity and identify opportunities for growth.
Outside of work, Asheel is a keen golfer and snowboarder, follows motorsport in all its guises and has a particular appreciation for good whisky. He is also kept busy by his two young children, Veer, 9, and Myra, 7.
