About the role
As a Client Advisor you will be working with our Partners and Client Managers to provide solutions that improve and protect our client’s lives and businesses.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Directly communicating with clients to ensure they understand and can fulfil their compliance requirements
- Translate and communicate complex accounting, business and tax information to clients
- Work within a team to develop specialist BAS knowledge
- Work with your team to further its reputation in specialist BAS services and advice
- Develop and apply commercial understanding of businesses and key performance indicators
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of various management and compliance reports
About you
We’re looking for a knowledgeable client facing accountant who enjoys finding catered solutions to clients to make a real difference for each client. You’ll have demonstrated experience in client communication and creating solutions for accounting issues.
You will also bring:
- A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Tax, Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance
- Provisional CAANZ member that is close to completing CA program
- Advanced Xero and Excel experience (Minimum 3 years’ experience)
- Application of NZ tax legislation
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience using XPM
- Direct confident communication with clients regarding their business requirements
- Strong time management
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build long standing relationships
